2. Warranty Coverage Duration by Carpet Grade
- Standard Velour (450g/m²): Structural Wear Warranty
- Premium Luxury (650g/m²): Structural Wear & Binding Warranty
- Executive Deluxe (850g/m²): Anti-Wear & Heelpad Warranty
- Prestige Ultra (1200g/m²): Lifetime Workmanship & Fitment Guarantee
- Heavy-Duty PVC Rubber (3mm/4mm): All-Weather Waterproof Warranty
3. What is Covered under Warranty
This warranty covers premature carpet pile detachment, premature heelpad separation, clip fixing socket breakage, and edge binding unraveling under normal passenger car usage.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by commercial taxi/fleet abuse, improper chemical cleaning, intentional puncture marks, or normal gradual friction wear after the specified warranty period.
5. Submitting a Warranty Claim
To claim under warranty, submit a photo of the damaged mat along with your original Order Reference Number using our Online Claim Form or by emailing warranty@thecarmat.co.uk.
