1. 100% OEM Fitment Guarantee
Every set of floor mats manufactured at our UK facility is crafted to exact manufacturer specifications. If your mats do not align with your vehicle floor layout or fixing clips, we will manufacture and dispatch a corrected replacement set free of charge or issue a full refund upon verification.
2. Custom Tailored Goods Terms
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations, items manufactured to customer-chosen custom specifications (such as custom carpet grade, trim binding color, thread choice, and personalized leather embroidery) are exempt from standard cancellation once production has commenced, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your items arrive damaged by courier (DPD UK) or display loose binding stitching, submit a return claim via our interactive online form below upon delivery. Please attach photo proof of the item for rapid inspection by our returns department.
4. Non-Custom Stock Returns
Standard universal accessories and non-custom stock items may be returned clean and in original packaging upon receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or B2B Trade credit account upon inspection at our UK factory.
